Baby Play

This is a free to access play session for babies and children who are not independently mobile. Contact the children centre for days, times and availability.

Play and stay

These are free play and stimulation sessions for children up to five years old. See the timetable or contact the children centre for more information.

REAL (Raising Early Achievement in Literacy)

We offer a range of group or individual sessions which will support you as a parent with your child’s development. These sessions help your child to get ‘ready to learn’. If you would like further information, please contact the children centre.

Speech, Language and Communication pathway

Please contact the children’s centre if you have any concerns about your child’s speech, language, and communication skills. The professionals there will help you to find the right support.

Toothbrushes and Toothpaste

You can buy toothbrushes and toothpaste from the centre – only £1.50 for 3 items (one item must be toothpaste).

Feeder Cups 

You can buy Tommee Tippee free flow feeder cups with 3 lids for only £1.20 from the centre.

Healthy Start Vitamins

Healthy start can be collected with a healthy start card or purchased – womens tablets for 80p and children’s drops for £1.60.

Greenfield site

The children’s centre is located in Greenfield and over looks the main Greenfield sports field at the bottom of Wellington Road.

From Uppermill follow the A670 towards Greenfield turning left at Chapel Road which is the left hand turn before Greenfield Train Station.

Take a left onto Chew Valley Road and continue forward towards Tesco. Turn left onto Wellington Road directly after the Tesco car park.

The centre is at the bottom of Wellington Road.

From Lydgate follow the A669 towards Uppermill. Turn sharp right at Chew Valley Road which is signposted Greenfield Train Station. Follow the road to the left and continue forward towards Tesco. Turn left onto Wellington Road directly after the Tesco car park. The centre is at the bottom of Wellington Road.
